Dr. Theodotou is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Orlando Neurosurgery, specializing in complex spine surgery, functional neurosurgery, and minimally invasive techniques. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his neurosurgery residency at Jackson Health System/University of Miami, where he trained in a range of neurosurgical procedures.

Dr. Theodotou has completed fellowships in both complex/minimally invasive spine surgery and stereotactic/functional neurosurgery, gaining additional expertise under the mentorship of leading neurosurgeons in the field. He is particularly skilled in advanced spinal surgeries, including transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion, and in treating movement disorders and epilepsy with innovative techniques like laser ablation and deep brain stimulation.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Theodotou is an active researcher, with numerous publications in neurosurgery journals. His research focuses on minimally invasive spine procedures, brain tumor treatments, and surgical management of neurological conditions.
