Dr. Hartman is fellowship-trained in Spinal Neurosurgery specializing in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society as a medical student.
Dr. Hartman completed his neurosurgery residency training at the University of Florida, followed by fellowship training in Spinal Neurosurgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Hartman specializes in treating complex spinal disorders with minimally invasive techniques, including robotic surgery. In addition, he treats tumors of brain and spine, scoliosis, degenerative spinal conditions, revision spine surgery, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injuries.
